PDF Studio ("the app") is an on-device PDF editor for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

Your documents stay on your device

PDF files you open, edit, or create are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or access the contents of your documents on our servers.

On-device AI

When available, AI features run entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence on supported hardware. The AI model is provided by the operating system. Your prompts and document content are processed locally and are never sent to our servers or any third-party AI provider.

Information we collect

• Anonymous usage analytics. We log basic app events (such as app opens, screen views, and feature usage) together with a random identifier generated on your device, your platform (e.g. iOS), and the app version. We do not collect your name, email, file names, or document content, and the random identifier is not linked to your identity.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the app, understand which features are used, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

• Supabase — stores the anonymous usage analytics described above

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
